Spree Cruise – Overview
See the Capital on a Spree Cruise through Berlin! Come aboard the one of the BWSG’s open air ships – the Bärliner or the Belvedere. Enjoy a one-hour tour on the river Spree through the centre of Berlin, available in German, English, French and Spanish!
Travel along the river Spree to experience the old and new Berlin. The route will turn east first, where you will see the Berlin Cathedral, the TV Tower, the historic Nikolaiviertel, and the Mühlendamm lock where the ship will turn around. You will then see the world-famous Museum Island, Friedrichstrasse, the Government Quarter with its historic Parliament, the Reichstag, Berlin’s main train station and the House of World Cultures before turning back to the shipping pier Alte Börse/Hackescher Markt. Here you’ll have the chance to enjoy a drink at a bar or a snack at one of the many restaurants after the tour has finished.
See the German capital from the waterfront and learn interesting facts about all the attractions. You’ll have a look at the highlights of the governmental district and historical sights of Berlin. You won’t miss out on any must-sees. Moreover, you will see them from the comfort of the boat. Sit down, relax, and enjoy the view. Not only tourists visiting the big city, but also locals will find it interesting to find out more!
Tours run at regular intervals throughout the day. For more information, please check the schedule on the BWSG website.
