What is Smartsave?

Established in 1994, Smartsave is an on-line marketing platform which promotes worldwide attractions and restaurants offering  discount vouchers off entry tickets and the total restaurant bill.

How do I get my vouchers?

Simply download vouchers from our website www.smartsave.com , email or print your voucher. You can also display your voucher on your mobile or tablet directly when you visit the attraction or restaurant.

How does the voucher  work?

Take the voucher to the attraction ticket office or restaurant of your choice and show it at either the entrance or to the waiter.  You pay the venue directly saving 20% and more  for up to 6 people. Simple!

Can I use several vouchers on the same day?

Yes, you can download and use as many vouchers as you want.

Can I give the voucher to a friend?

Vouchers are free to download, and are not personalised, so feel free to send them to your friends and family.

Is there any expiry date on the voucher?

There is no expiry date on the voucher, you can use it at any time of the year with unlimited use. Please check any relevant terms and conditions of usage on the partner page.

Is each voucher just valid for 1 person?

No, one voucher is valid for up to 6 people. So it is great for groups of friends and families! You receive the  discount for all 6 people across all ticket types. Go and enjoy!

Can I use my voucher at any time?

Yes, you can use your voucher at any time . We recommend that you check the opening times of the attraction first before you visit. Certain attractions may need to be pre-booked especially over peak times and bank holidays. Most venues will be closed on 25 December.

Are there any special terms and conditions I need to be aware of?

Vouchers are free to use and do not have any expiry dates. If specific terms and attractions apply, they will be listed under each attraction.
