Highlights

There’s so much to see and do in this urban oasis.

Head for the African Savanna and surround yourself with giraffe, zebra and kudu, all living together in this dramatic open landscaped setting.  Come nose-to-nose with two of the Zoo’s beloved grizzly bears, sisters Kachina and Kiona at Grizzly Gulch.

Lemurs leap through the Lemur Forest, the largest outdoor lemur habitat in the country.  Across from the Lion House lies Penguin Island, home to the largest colony of adorable Magellanic penguins outside of the wild. Head for Koala Crossing to view cute koalas sitting high in the eucalyptus trees and admire the troop of gorillas which live in the lush Gorilla Preserve.

Farm animals for feeding and petting can be found in the popular Children’s Zoo.
