We’re hiring! Are you our new Account Manager?


Smartsave is looking for a confident, motivated and ambitious Account Manager to join our growing team in London.

The Role

  • To build and develop relationships with our partners.
  • To ensure revenue figures are calculated, reported and invoiced every month.
  • To maintain general administration of the account management function.
  • To implement new business proposals with clients.
  • To onboard and welcome new accounts to the program.

The Person

  • Account Management experience.
  • Organised, with excellent project planning skills, attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication across written, verbal and face to face mediums
  • Capacity to learn the features and benefits of all three marketing platforms and the ability to highlight them to clients.
  • Ability to deal with high stress situations including handling sensitive information and queries
  • Ability to liaise information correctly to senior management.
  • Ability to build positive and productive relationships with clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, PowerPoint and Intermediate Excel skills (up to VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
  • Experience using content management system (desirable).
  • Polite and confident with an excellent telephone manner.

Metropolis International Group Limited is a fast growing media group, established in 1994, that specialises in consumer, business and travel publishing alongside websites, Apps, awards, events, public sector contracts and reward & benefit programmes for consumers and corporate partners. It currently employs 200 people and has offices in West London, Croydon, Bolton, Plymouth and Dublin. It is within Metropolis’ Reward & Loyalty division that the Account Manager position is available.
