Smartsave is looking for a confident, motivated and ambitious Account Manager to join our growing team in London.
- To build and develop relationships with our partners.
- To ensure revenue figures are calculated, reported and invoiced every month.
- To maintain general administration of the account management function.
- To implement new business proposals with clients.
- To onboard and welcome new accounts to the program.
- Account Management experience.
- Organised, with excellent project planning skills, attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Excellent communication across written, verbal and face to face mediums
- Capacity to learn the features and benefits of all three marketing platforms and the ability to highlight them to clients.
- Ability to deal with high stress situations including handling sensitive information and queries
- Ability to liaise information correctly to senior management.
- Ability to build positive and productive relationships with clients.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, PowerPoint and Intermediate Excel skills (up to VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
- Experience using content management system (desirable).
- Polite and confident with an excellent telephone manner.
