With April comes the Easter holidays and that means plenty of exciting activities and days out to explore this month. Visit The Easter Bunny (Fairytale Farm, Oxfordshire)
Friday 3rd – Monday 5th April: There’s a host of fun-filled activities going on at Fairytale Farm this Easter, so bring the family and enjoy a great day out listening to stories and tales from the Easter bunny himself. Enter the giant rabbit burrow filled with chocolate treats, eggs, and more. The farm is the first UK visitor attraction to put disabled children first in their design and layout making it a great sensory learning experience for all kids.
Easter Family Fun at Mary Arden’s Farm (Shakespeare’s Birthplace, Stratford Upon Avon)
Saturday 4th – Sunday 5th April: Visit Mary Arden’s farm, where you’ll learn how the Tudors celebrated Easter and kids can create their own superstitious eggs resembling characters from Shakespeare’s plays. On Saturday, join the staff in their festive spirits and see the great Easter feast being prepared. Be sure to take part in the traditional egg and spoon race too! There’s also plenty of other exciting activities and events to check out at Shakespeare’s Houses and Gardens over the weekend.
Easter Eggstravaganza (Big Sheep, Devonshire)
Satudary 28th March – Sunday 12th April: Join in the celebratory mood at the annual ‘Easter Eggstravaganza’, there’s plenty of activities to take part in including, free Easter art and face painting and an Easter express train ride, not to mention over 30,000 chocolate eggs to be found across the park. Don’t forget to see some of the cute newborn lambs, fluffy bunnies and blooming bulbs too. The easter egg hunt is not just for kids, Dad will enjoy a look around the brewery while mum will be kept busy shopping in the sheepy shop and restaurant.
Sawgrass Recreation Park (Miami, Florida)
