1) The promotion is open to UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI) residents aged 16 and over only, and excludes employees and their immediate families of Metropolis International Group Ltd. ("Promoter") their agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.

2) Closing date for final entries is midnight on 31.01.2013.

3) Applications will gain an entry "ticket" to a random draw by Liking the official Smartsave Facebook page or by Following Smartsave on Twitter, Pintrest or Google+ during the period between midnight on 28.09.2012 until midnight on 31.01.2013.

4) Multiple tickets (up to 4 per user) can be gained by Liking/Following Smartsave on multiple social channels.

5) The winning ticket will be chosen at random and notified via Facebook that they have won and will be required to provide a valid UK or ROI address in order to be able to claim the prize.

6) The winner agrees to have their name published in a Smartsave newsletter published anytime in February 2013.

7) The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize if the prize winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the sole discretion of the Promoter).

8) The prize for this promotion is a 16gb 7th generation Apple ipod Nano.

9) The prize will be delivered within 28 days of winner address confirmation.

10) Prizes are non-transferable.

11) The Promoter does not assume any responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to winner upon delivery and/or use of their prize.

12) Conduct of participation. Participants in the promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

13) The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

14) Metropolis is compliant with the data protection act. We will not pass on any applicants details to any third party without prior consent.
