Set in Cornwall’s beautiful Helford estuary, you can learn about the seal rescuers and discover how to tube feed a seal pup as well as learn about their natural habitat.
To take advantage of your days out in South West England, it is recommended that you visit the Shaldon Wildlife Trust in Devon. Set in an acre full of woodland garden above the attractive coastal village of Shaldon, you can discover a unique collection of some of the rarest and most endangered animals in the world, many of which cannot be found in larger zoos. This is a fun day out for the whole family and one not to be missed.
Whilst in the South West, come and explore the Weymouth Sea Life Centre in Dorset. Set in 7 acres of land, the sea life centre has a unique mix of indoor and outdoor attractions to keep all the family amused. When visiting the centre, expect to embark on a journey of the ocean’s animals as well as learn about the amazing underwater world. An adventure island is also seen at the centre, giving your family the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor activities. Nip along the coast to Falmouth and learn about the life of a lighthouse keeper at the National Maritime Museum,
