At this groundbreaking exhibition you will learn what your vision really means to you and what losing it means to those who have to live their lives in darkness.
With the blind literally leading the blind, on Dialog in the Dark you will be taken on a journey through a maze of realistic simulations of real life landmarks and you will be guided by a blind or partially blind person, expert at navigating New York without any light.
To help you navigate your way around the city, you will be greeted with sounds, such as that of the subway, as well as smells, not all of which are pleasant.
By taking away your sense of sight your other senses will become heightened, everything you smell, hear, taste and touch will be amplified while on this exhibition.
