Summer is here with the warm days and pleasant nights, time to escape the grunge of city life for the greenery that summer brings.  There are all sorts of ways and places to camp out, so here a few different suggestions.

Wooda Farm Holiday Park – Devon

Wooda farm is very much a traditional campsite with pitches for both tents and caravans, as well as static holiday homes and cosy cottages for rent. No matter which option you choose you will have stunning views of Cornwall’s land and seascape. With clean facilities, an onsite bar, and lots of family activities, this site is great for all visitors.

Secret Campsite – Sussex

To get to this not so secret Garden of Eden you must walk across a deserted brick railway bridge. After doing so, you will arrive in what feels like a world away from London, though it is just an hour’s drive away. Relatively new, yet this campsite is already growing a following. With huge lush pitches, modern facilities, and a small village just 5 minutes walk away Secret Campsite offers a great get away from London.

Hole Station Adults only Campsite – Devon –

As the name suggests, you will not find any kids at this campsite and nor will you find dogs, cars or late night parties.  Hole Station offers great rent-a-tents with everything you’ll need apart from bedding. This is not for the glamping fans, but for those seeking traditional camping and a very peaceful outdoor experience. In these woods you’ll be able to relax and get away from everything. This site only has 19 pitches, so you can enjoy nature without other people getting in the way.

Seithfed Nef – Wales –

If you are a long time Glamper (Glamour Camping) or thought of it but never tried then it’s time to head to North Wales. Seithfed Nef (Seventh Heaven) is considered one of the best in Britain with guest and reviewers singing its praises. Each guest gets a whole meadow and 6m bell tent to themselves. If you accept no substitute for camping then this glampsite is the place for your next retreat.

These are just a few of the many options that are out there today. Whether you like traditional or modern, rustic or luxurious there is a great way to enjoy nature.
